When will my order be delivered?

All orders are delivered within 24 hours across Qatar. Once your order is confirmed, we process and ship it the same day to ensure fast delivery to your doorstep. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time.

Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered within 24 hours from the following morning.

Delivery areas: We deliver to all locations across Qatar, including Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Lusail and surrounding areas.

Order updates: Check your email for confirmation and delivery updates. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

Can I Return my product?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, go to your order status page and select the return option, or contact us with your order number.

Return conditions:

  • Product must be unused and unopened
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Refund process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items) cannot be returned once opened.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We work hard to ensure all items are carefully packaged and delivered in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, we'll resolve this for you right away.

What to do:

  1. Check your order confirmation email and click "View order status"
  2. Report the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include a photo of the damaged product and packaging if possible

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately. You don't need to return the damaged item unless we request it.

 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and cash on delivery. All online payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

 Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available for all orders across Qatar. Simply select this option at checkout and pay when your order arrives.

 How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You can check your order status anytime by clicking the link in your confirmation email or visiting our order tracking page.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at +974 66559501 (8am–8pm). Once your order is processed for shipping, changes may not be possible.

Are your products authentic/genuine?

Absolutely. We source all our products from authorized distributors and guarantee 100% authenticity. Every product comes with proper documentation and quality assurance.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There's no minimum order amount. However, orders over QAR 100 qualify for free delivery across Qatar.

How do I know my size/which product is right for me?

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via your order status page or call +974 66559501. We'll arrange to collect the wrong item and send you the correct one right away at no additional cost.
