3. DELIVERY TIME Delivery times vary depending on the product:

• Local Stock: Most orders are delivered within 24 hours of confirmation. Our team will contact you to coordinate the most convenient delivery time.
• Supplier-Fulfilled Products: Some products may require 7–21 business days or even more for delivery. The estimated delivery time is clearly indicated on each product page before purchase.

4. SHIPPING RATES We offer the following delivery rates for all areas across Qatar:

• 🛵 Orders below QAR 50 — QAR 15 delivery fee
• 📦 Orders between QAR 50 – QAR 100 — QAR 10 delivery fee
• 🎉 Orders above QAR 100 — FREE Delivery

All delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

• Local deliveries are handled by our own team, who will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
• Supplier-fulfilled orders will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once dispatched, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

7. TAXES AND DUTIES All prices displayed on our website are final. There are no additional taxes or duties charged at checkout or upon delivery within Qatar.

For damaged items, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no hassle.
